Pricing
All products listed on the site or application will be sold at MRP unless otherwise specified. The prices shown at the time of ordering will be the price charged at the time of delivery. Veggiepy’s items are considered fresh items and their prices change on a daily basis, which means Veggiepy has the right to change the prices of the items at any time.If the price is lower at the time of delivery, it will not be charged and if the price is higher at the time of delivery, it will not be paid. Only the price shown at the time of ordering will be taken into consideration.

Prices of items listed on the website and application are dynamic and may be changed by veggiepy at any time.The minimum purchase amount from veggiepy is Rs. 149/-. Delivery will not be available on purchases below Rs. 149 and free delivery will be available on purchases above Rs. 149. The coupon code is valid only for the first order and veggiepy can change or discontinue this coupon code scheme at any time.The product image shown on the site or application is a representation of the product, but due to the moisture and water in this fresh product, there may be a difference in appearance. Due to the moisture and water in fresh products and the effects of the environment, sometimes an item that looks good on the outside may be spoiled or infected.Which is considered natural, then at such times Veggiepy will not be responsible, but if you feel bad at the time of delivery of the order, you can return it to the delivery person at the same time. After the delivery person leaves, you will not be able to take advantage of the return policy or make any argument or complaint.

Shipping & Delivery
If you place your order before 12 PM, you will receive it on the same day between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Orders placed after 12 PM will be delivered the next day between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM by our delivery people.
Cancellation by Site / Customer
As a customer, you can cancel your order up to 1 (one) hour before the delivery slot time by informing our customer service, in which case we will refund the amount already paid by you.If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or violation of the terms and conditions of use of the website or application, we may cancel such orders and maintain a list of such fraudulent customers and deny them access or cancel their orders.
Return & refund policy
All our customers are entitled to return the product if the customer has a quality issue or the item is damaged. In case the customer wants to return the order, they can do so but the condition is that our minimum purchase price is Rs. 149. If you spend more than that,If you have purchased and do not like any item, in such a case, after deducting the amount of that item from your total order value, if the order value is still Rs. 149, then you can return the order item by item (e.g. Total order value 200- 50 return item value = Rs. 150 remaining order value)You can cancel the item to save Rs. 150, but if the total value is around Rs. 149 and the item is less than Rs. 149, then your entire order will be canceled. We will accept returned orders at the time of delivery, after which the order will not be refunded.Once the order is delivered, our people will check the order before it leaves, after which no complaints or disputes will be entertained.
Termination
This User Agreement shall remain effective until terminated by veggiepy. You may terminate this User Agreement at any time. If you cease further use of this Site, veggiepy may deny access to the Website or Application. Such termination shall be without any liability to veggiepy.
